Why is my account often blocked?

Your account may be blocked for two main reasons:
1) Inactivity – You must log in regularly to keep your account active. Accounts that are not accessed for extended periods may be automatically locked as a security measure.
2) Browser settings – Blocked third-party cookies can cause frequent logouts. Allow third-party cookies and add the website to your browser exceptions.

My account was locked, and I don't know why

A system is in place to prevent bots and login spam. Sometimes browser privacy settings can block cookies. Additionally, accounts that are not accessed regularly may be locked for security purposes. Make sure you log in periodically. Additionally, please note that multiple accounts per user are not permitted under our single account policy. If you have created more than one account, please delete the additional accounts to prevent your primary account from being locked.

How do I install/establish a Gameserver?

Navigate to the My-Panel tab. Proceed to the Catalog section. Select the green button on your preferred server to initiate the installation process.

Why was my server deleted even though I woke it up?

Check if you received an email with the keyword Final – this indicates the final deletion.

Why is my server about to expire even though it's active?

Free servers have a maximum runtime of 4 weeks and are automatically deleted afterwards. More info: IDS System.

Why can't I install servers even though none are listed?

There is a limited number of free servers. If all are occupied, you'll see the "Limit reached" message. Check the free-server Discord channel to get informed when a server is free.

My server isn't starting, what can I do?

Check the console output for errors or contact support.

Can an accidentally deleted server be restored?

No, as the free slot may have already been assigned to another user.

Why is my server offline?

The server might have been shut down due to inactivity. Start it manually via the panel.

Can I assign a different port to my server?

No, changing the port of a server is not possible.

Can I host my server in a different country?

Currently, this is not possible, but we plan to add this feature in the future.

Can I move my server to a different node?

No, node migration is currently not possible.

I deleted my server by accident. When can I create a new one?

If you delete a server, you are blocked for 30 minutes to give other users a chance to install a server. After 30 minutes you should be able to install again (if a server is available).

Can I host Commander Battles on my server?

Yes, you can change to Commander-Battle Mode in-game as an Admin.

Can I upgrade to a better membership or improve my server?

Currently, only the free membership is available, but you can ask the MGP team for improvement options.

Why am I not receiving a verification email?

Check the spam folder and try resending the email. If the issue persists, wait a few minutes and contact support.

Why am I not receiving notifications about free slots?

Make sure you are on the Discord server and have access to the channel: free-server.
