Stormworks: Build and Rescue

Introduction

If you have created a Stormwork's server, you will notice that you cannot set anything in the startup. Since you have to do it yourself with this server, we will show you what to do in this guide.

Start & Stop

In order to set up the server, you need some files, which the server has to download first! Turn on the server once, and when it is up, turn it off again (or after ~50 seconds). Now the server has downloaded everything and can be set up

Server-Config

To configure the server, you need to open the "server_config.xml" file.

Path: /home/container/server_config.xml

1. Port
2. Server Name
3. max_players, Password, etc.

Here you have to change the Port!!!

Port

To change the port, you need to find out the primary port of your server.

Steps:
1. go to the "Network" tab
2. copy the port of the primary network
3. Paste the port into the "server_config.xml" -> Port
