In this Guide we show you how to download an install the Gothic Multiplayer
How you do it
Gothic Multiplayer offers two options for download and installation.
Both require a clean installation of Gothic 2, possibly with the system pack, to ensure it runs smoothly on newer machines.
Spine
Visit the Spine platform
Create an account and search for Gothic Multiplayer
Download the game
Open Gothic Multiplayer and the server list should open automatically.
The GMA server should be preselected. If not, here are the current server details: IP: 0.0.0.0 Port: YourPort |

Google Drive links
Follow this link to a Google Drive folder containing two zip files:
- GMA_mod.zip
This file is required to enter the server. Extract the .mod file into the /Data folder of your Gothic 2 installation (for example:
C:/Program Files/Gothic II/Data). Make sure that your Gothic 2 installation only contains standard patches like the system pack and no individual .vdfs .mods with new animations or similar.- GMP_1.1.1.zip
This is the official Gothic multiplayer client, with which you can also enter other servers. Unzip the folder and start the gml.exe. A server list should open. You may have to enter the path to your Gothic 2 installation with the GMA.mod in the client settings under "Settings" > "Options" and then click on "apply".
